Had my son's birthday party here. Party was $300 for 12 children. They jump for 1 hour and u have access to party room for 40 mins. Comes w/ 2 pizzas and unlimited drinks. Purchase or make cake to bring wirh u. Our host was great.
It looked like a jungle inside - people were skipping the line, sneakers and garbage everywhere....
However, I like the skyzone franchise so I’ll check another location out - more than likely I won’t be going to the one in Deer Park!
Another disappointment- there was NO dance contest due to the speakers being out of commission. And the sound system was outdated (very staticky)!
I ordered my tickets online - my order included shirts and jump time, when I arrived at skyzone they had only adult shirts — which was a total inconvenience because I had small children with me. (Online has all sizes).
My sister paid to have a party here for my sons graduation, and we had a blast! It was our first time visiting a Sky Zone, and as stated by the staff, we chose a good day (July @4PM) to go because it wasn't crowded. Our host was Ray and I have to shout him out because he was extremely cordial, and totally awesome!! Our package included 1hr jump for 12 individuals, and the party room with pizza and drinks all for a reasonable price- thank you Groupon! So if you want to have a GREAT time like we did, I recommend you come during the Summer and if you're having a party, ask for Ray!
Children were fighting! I mean really going at it. The monitors just stood there and watched!!
It was pretty chaotic. Couldn't pay with card, because the system was down. Friend said this wasn't the first time. Therefore the lockers didn't work. Too many young students with an "I don't care" attitude, nobody seems very responsible of anything.
Seems like at this location the kid-friendly culture has gone down hill. I don’t recommend GLOW in the dark for small children 10 years or younger.
0 stars! This establishment use to be a nice place for kids. Now its filthy, unorganized and filled with teenage staff (who by the way have no idea how to control the areas). I met the owner last year, very nice woman, but I must say that am not pleased with the atmosphere, staff, and GLOW in the dark event.
Hardcore rap music was played ALL night. Some music didn’t have the clean versions of the song.
Great place for trampoline lover or first timers for kids of all age. We love it here the kids have a great time and their happy. Great,friendly,polite & very helpful cashiers an staff members.
