I visit this car wash regularly. I own a black car and have to get it cleaned on a regular basis. Expressway 55 Car Wash is extremely helpful. I receive a great wash every time. If you have any questions or concerns you can ask them. Just be a respectful customer and you are good to go. I will definitely continue to visit this business and recommend it to family and friends in the area.
Horrible. Did not do any quality work and half assed the whole car wash. Not going back there any time soon. Received the gold wash and I might as well have done it myself with my eyes closed. Paid 30$ to do zero work. If I were the manager I would re think how they run the place because that is not quality work. Wish I never even bothered. Such a waste of time. It's a shame when you have to go home and wipe your car down and re vacuum it when you have just paid for there "best" car wash. Such a joke. Zero stars
My mother paid for thier Gold wash and i didnt read the reviews because everyone deserves a chance. However they sadly lived up to their expectations. They didn't do the inside vacuuming well. The soap has left streak marks. Also the inside doors and back of the seats weren't clean. She went back and told the woman in the front and the manager came back and the workers came to fix it. Im glad they listened to us and still was very respectful. We won't be coming back. Until they improve.
The absolute worst car wash!!! Save yourself your money & go else where. I dont even know were to start with how terrible the service is. After paying almost $35 with tax and extras for a car wash my car was still disgustingly dirty. The floors still had dirt all over. They did not even unhook my drivers side floor mat and vacuum it or underneath it. My windshield still had dirt all over it. They didnt vacume my seats nothing. I asked for them to vacuum my trunk and nothing still full of sand. My undercarraige is still filthy. I had black towel left all over my white car from them drying it. I was suppose to have the new car sent fragrance in my car and received nothing. TERRIBLE TERRIABLE SERVICE !! I almost wanted to go back and demand my money back but I figured I wouldnt get any where with that. Instead I went and vacumed my car myself and went and bought everything a needed and did it myself. My car looks beautiful now. Thanks for robbing me !! I will never go back and again and make sure i let everyone know how bad this carwash is.
I do feel bad writing a negative review because the workers are understaffed and have to work very fast to keep the line moving but this was the worst car wash experience to date. Two people wash your car with a large brush in a minute. I still have bird s*** on my rear view windshield. The tire shine is a joke and does nothing. Rims aren't clean. Inside was barely wiped. I bought the gold package which came out to $28.23. If you're going to charge that price you need to offer a much better service than what is currently in place. I definitely do not recommend this car wash.
